Kyle began his real estate journey in 2020, steadily building a rental portfolio while working full time for the Department of Defense. Since then, he has grown his portfolio to just under $3 million in properties and plans to expand. Kyle is an expert in strategically investing capital to maximize returns while maintaining a conservative, low risk portfolio. His approach focuses on fixed interest rates, strong cash flow, and maintaining high reserve levels to ensure long-term stability and resilience.

His near term goal is to transition out of his W-2 role and pursue real estate full time, focusing on scaling his portfolio and helping others achieve financial freedom through property management.

With a hands on approach, Kyle has gained valuable experience in renovating and maintaining rental properties himself. Skilled in multiple trades, he regularly takes on construction work, which has given him a deep understanding of the building process and property management from the ground up.
